o Planned and executed strategic communication plans for
Teja involving first year Public Relations program that
achieved local and nationwide trade press awareness and
positioned Teja as the leader in the NP software market
and helped gain additional funding. Received numerous
press articles and contributed articles exposure in major
trade journals like EE Times, ICD and RTC.
o Developed with our vendors the most exciting multimedia
projects for customers in the NP market; updated as needed
and on time; created successful use of multimedia stage
show at N+I 2001 that was the most exciting show in the
ENT zone viewed by over 1500 people, mostly standing room
only
o Developed innovative website that is far superior to
any competitors and gets outstanding leads and recognition,
is seen by thousands worldwide and has increased the page
views in one year by hundreds of percent.
o Created the premier webcast program that achieved over
800 first class leads in twelve months; got Linley Gwennap,
noted analyst, to open our 2002 webcast series
o Created a newsletter with a base of 4000 that is both
polished and professional that positions us as a leader
in our market and the expert in NP software
o Developed databases over the course of one year from
all marketing sources that numbers over 4000 key NP names
and is linked directly to sales Goldmine database.
o Executed trade show program that is the best in the
NP software area including 2001 N+I that was considered
by many to be best in show and helped launch Teja leagues
ahead of competitors in the NP market in the shortest
amount of time possible; obtained dominant share of mind
in chip manufacturers arena
o Built strategic alliances with partners, vendors and
media/analysts, including Intel marketing ICG
o Launched many new product initiatives with collateral,
white papers, etc
o Managed content and creative input on deliverables
o Developed the look and feel of Teja in design, logos
and external and internal communications to help brand

o Successfully managed the budget to get the most out
of our vendors while maintaining superior relationships
which continually saved Teja money on all projects with
vendors since and including the 2001 N+I booth
o Created documentation and meetings that continually
informed all at Teja what was happening at any trade show
or project internally
o Created graphics library and sophisticated image collection
database as well as written a corporate guide to Teja
promotion policies and logo usage
o Created complete Teja library on CD for sales on a quarterly
basis eliminating the need for printing and saving thousands
of dollars each quarter
o Developed the Teja PowerPoint template
o Developed the first Teja case study template and produced
same in 4 page format
o Created Intel CyberLounge and updated for new IXP2000

o Maintained the article reprint program and the sales
kit folder for every show and announcement
o Work closely with Intel partner manager to engage in
all events and programs requested by Intel including ISMC
and FDBL and IDF events; create giveaways for Intel sales
and marketing

and seek out further speaking opportunities
